Ajit Pawar is the Leader of the Opposition in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and served most recently as the 8th Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He served as Pune’s guardian minister. He represents the Baramati constituency in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He served as both the state’s Finance Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
