Pratapsingh Rane (born 28 April 1939) is a prominent Indian politician from the state of Goa. He has had a long and illustrious political career, serving in various leadership positions at both the state and national levels.
Pratapsingh Rane was associated with the Indian National Congress (INC) and played a significant role in Goa’s politics. He served as the Chief Minister of Goa for multiple terms, with his first term from 1980 to 1990 and subsequent terms from 1994 to 1998 and 2005 to 2007.
